Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Associate in our Indianapolis office.

Associate will provide administrative support to staff who oversee major fundraising events in outstate Indiana.

Responsibilities include: Support the management of existing sponsors, donors, and volunteers, and the acquisition and cultivation of new accounts and opportunities. Perform general accounting/bookkeeping processes for billings, expense reports, donations, check requests, and other applicable financial transactions. Support customer relationship management and provide superior customer service to sponsors, volunteers, and staff. Handle record maintenance and report generation. Manage general day to day administrative duties.

FT 8:30am - 5:00pm with an hour lunch - 37.5 hour work week.

Required Skills
  • Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, with strong knowledge in Word and Excel being imperative. Experience with databases preferred
  • Team player and be able to work well in a team driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail
